If a negative thought or doubt comes to my mind, I have to catch it and move it to a different part of my mind and visualize what I want us to be, to keep moving forward.
Biggest impact was just how far we have come in just a few short weeks. How much just learning and putting to use what we learned has affected our lives in such a short period of time.

When you put me in my dark place and focused on those bad emotions, you then showed me how my sub-conscience worked to rationalized and remove/replace/make better the dark place.
Just using my mind got rid of the bad emotional connections. Went from a 8-10 to a not even 4.
